Consultation with PDF Report:
Most sellers need basic suggestions on how things should be placed or removed in order to attract the most buyers. During this consultation, I will visit the home to tour and evaluate the property. I will create a report including a prioritized checklist, online links to accessory/design items, floor plans, and visual photos & drawings on how to place items in the home. At the end of our visit, you will be provided an electronic, printable copy This service is truly the best return on investment.

Walk & Talk Consultation:
We will walk through your home together and talk about necessary steps to get it ready for the market. You will take notes and be provided visual samples of inspiration, a staging check-list, and an 8-step design process to follow to help you portray the most attractive image to buyers. ACCESSORY STAGING & SHOPPING
This service will help alleviate stress and save you time. Typically performed after the initial consultation, we will determine what factors of your home are most important. We will use some of your existing items in the home first, then shop for anything that will enhance the home's features. We will then stage these items accordingly to create the most inviting space for potential buyers.

PICTURE PERFECT DAY
Your first showing is your online photos! Make these photos a step above the rest. After the homeowner has decluttered and removed what needs to be taken out, we will come back and help prepare for a "picture perfect day". We will arrange any existing items to give the most attractive look to buyers. This service is typically scheduled the day before photos are taken so your listings will look phenomenal online.
