Consultation w/ PDF Report: This service is truly the best ROI! Most sellers need basic suggestions on how things should be placed or removed in order to attract the most buyers. During this consultation, we will visit the home to tour and evaluate the property. Together, we will go through my prioritized 

checklist including the home's amenities, online links to accessory/design items, floor plans, and visual photos & drawings on how to place items in the home. You will be provided an electronic, printable copy at the end of the visit.

$250 (PDF Report: allow 2 hours)

Walk-n-Talk Consultation: We will walk through your home together and talk about necessary steps to get your home ready for the market. You will take notes and be provided visual samples of inspiration, a staging check-list, and 8-step design process to follow to help you portray the most attractive image to buyers. A very valuable experience!

$200 (Walk/Talk: allow 1 hour)

Virtual Consultation: We will connect via FaceTime or Zoom platform and virtually walk through your property together as you take notes. You will still gain the same professional experience as if we were present together in the home!

Your first showing is your online photos! Make these photos a step above the rest. After the homeowner has decluttered and removed what needs to be taken out of the home, we will come back and help to prepare for a "picture perfect day". We will help arrange any existing items to give the most attractive look to buyers.  This service is typically scheduled the day before photos are taken so your listings will look phenomenal online.

When you are looking to rejuvenate a space in your home or working on a new build and are stuck with "What should I do?" I will offer suggestions on the latest trends or help refresh/renew your space by suggesting practical design rearrangements and solutions. You will be provided expert advice, direction, and vendor recommendations to help recreate that new look you have been wanting for years!



Now that you are ready to make one of the most affordable updates by painting walls or cabinets, you are hesitant about how it will look once the job is done. Will the color tone change on sunny days vs cloudy days? What manufacturer produces the best durability? Do I use a matte or glossy sheen, and for what type of room? Let my experience of working for a professional painting company guide you in your selection of the best product, color, or tone that you will feel at ease with.

Taking a room from "blahhh" to "ahhh" can be an exciting task when all that is required is some hands-on expertise! There are many factors to consider when redesigning a room. Knowing where to place furniture and  what to shop for can be time-consuming. During this in-home discussion, we'll physically maximize what you already have and concentrate on what will work for you, your family & lifestyle. From there, I will create design boards for your choosing, while shopping with your budget in mind (and my trade discounts). You will encompass a fresh, newly designed space you can enjoy for years to come!

Everything has it's place! Decorating a room to perceive a sense of relaxation may take time, but is definitely needed these days. Sometimes we just want to showcase our special items that we have collected without spending a dime on new accessories. I will rearrange  existing items in your home to help you relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Preparing for the holidays and special events can be overwhelming and we could all use a little more time. Let me prepare the setting for you! I will go to your home or location and use your existing decor items or shop on a budget (along with my trade discounts) for new ones according to your approach. Whether it's for Autumn, Christmas, an Anniversary or Birthday Party, I can take the stress off by decorating your home or event space so you can just enjoy the party!

This will help alleviate stress and help you get started on what needs to happen first to prepare your house for sale. Typically performed after an initial consultation, we will dig-in and help declutter, pack, and rearrange furniture. Finally, I will decorate with existing items in your house to create the most inviting space for potential buyers!
